Location

The Pink Palace is situated on a quiet street just 100mtrs from the award winning beach in Bosa Marina.
Across the road there is a small shop that sells all the essentials as well as fresh bread every morning.
There are many good bars/cafes and restaurants/pizzerias within easy walking distance.
Apartment Giulia is situated in Porto Alabe, again just 100mtr from a lovely beach. There are a couple of good restaurants and bars very close and a little shop about 200 mtrs away.

The Palazzo
We first saw The Pink Palace back in 2005 it was empty, run down and very sorry for itself but we could see how beautiful a building it was so we decided to rescue it and bought it from the aged owner.
We converted the house into 4 self contained apartments, trying to keep as many original features as possible.
Once finished and furnished we stayed in each apartment to check that they were comfortable and had everything needed for our customers to enjoy their stay.

Inside the beautiful palazzo there are 4, two bedroomed apartments, that sleep 4 people, each one slightly different.
Apartment Il Mare is on the ground floor as is Apartment La Sabbia which, with the addition of a camp bed, can sleep five. Apartments Il Tramonto and La Campagna are on the first floor.
We also have another lovely apartment, next to the stunning beach, at the nearby resort of Porto Alabe. We call this Apartment Giulia
All our prices are inclusive of linen, towels and final cleaning.
